Food was fresh and staff was amazing. All 3 employees that I encountered were very professional and extremely kind. I will definitely be a repeat customer. 🙂
We order from the river gate location every week, same items each time. Always delicious. However last evening they completely forgot the meat in my husband's steak burrito bowl. We called and spoke to manager Matt. He apologized profusely and gave us a FUzlL refund. Now that's Customer Service! We will continue our weekly date night ordering from here.
I used online ordering. It was fast and easy. Food was exactly as ordered. Yum.
Bruh i asked for a hard tacos and they still gave me a soggy and soft like cmon
This visit was the worst one I have been to at this location. I did not feel welcomed nor the service was terrible. It was around 2pm and nothing was restocked. I asked the young girl sweeping the floor and cleaning tables if there was any more sweet tea? She looked at me and pointed to the empty container and said did you try that? Of course I did that's how I knew it was empty. She then went behind the counter to get some help and 2 more girls came out and standing there talking about the tea. (No one said anything to me about sorry we're going to have to make some) I then spoke up and said excuse me is there anymore tea? I got a no and turned back around and they continued to talk. I then got a sprite and sat at a table.
