Local Dish is one of our favorite treats for Southern comfort food in the Fort Mill area. John, the owner, has been very friendly, welcoming, and providing excellent locally sourced dishes for the last 5+ years that we have dined there. He has a gem of a restaurant there, and I wish him, and his family, continued success for generations to come.

Very friendly cute little restaurant. excellent service, however our meatloaf was tasty but lukewarm. gravy, very very salty. dessert was disappointing. chocolate chess pie too sweet. as we left the restaurant, walked by the kitchen and noticed no one was wearing gloves or masks while preparing food. Totally unacceptable in this pandemic. Serve hot food, get your employees to wear gloves and masks and I would return.

I went with my parents and my significant other. The food was delish! I had the filet which was cooked to a perfect medium rare and delish! I am surprised to say though that the maple Brussels stole the show and were to die for. I could eat them all day, every day! We also tried the pulled pork nachos which were a great appetizer to share, and my girlfriend very much enjoyed the chessman chocolate pie to end the meal. Taylor S. was a very polite and wonderful server in a what was a very busy weekend service.
